When we have experienced the change of a move, or it is in the future, we can feel unsettled and overwhelmed. Talking about our fears and expectations and having a plan for how we will remain "ok" even when we are out of control, can be helpful. We can also gain clarity regarding the future and how to get where we really want to be. During our time we will discuss family, self care, belief systems, behaviour, goals and more.
